As the working week gets into full swing it is important, more than ever that you stock up on the supplies you will need for the rest of the week. You have the usual items, such as paracetamol for the tension headaches, a water bottle so you do not have to drink out of the nasty office glasses, and of course a supply of snacks to keep you focused. But one thing that is often not provisioned for is your feline supported well-being throughout the work week.

And it is incredibly important to tend to it because without doing so you are setting yourself up for burnout.
